Q: Why Do You Want My Donation?
A: Writers Without Margins, Inc. is a nonprofit, 501(c)3 charitable organization, which can thrive based on the goodwill of public financial support, the generosity of private citizens, and partnerships with other academic, charitable, private, and government organizations. Our central purpose is to share the tools and opportunities of literature and creative writing where there are fewer resources and to offer free programs to people who have been isolated by the challenges of racism, addiction recovery, trauma, poverty, disability, and mental illness. Together, we are able to collaborate in unconventional spaces full of talent and possibility. We are grateful for relationships with individuals and entities who contribute to our mission of rethinking limits and re-imagining lives through literature.
